Put a shelter, medical camp, or food or water distribution point on the relief map, and choose how long it stays listed.
For: Public users
If you know of a shelter, a medical camp, or a place giving out food or water, you can list it so people can find it. Like hazard reports, every listing is checked by a reviewer before it appears on the relief map.
Click Report a Hazard (top bar, or beside the homepage maps). Sign in if Nigraan asks you to.
Under What are you submitting?, choose Relief / aid.
Fill in the form:
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Location name (required) | The camp's name or the place it is in. |
| Relief type (required) | Food Distribution, Water, Shelter or Medical. |
| Available for | How long the offer will last: 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month or No expiry. |
| City / District and Province | Where it is. |
| Latitude and Longitude | The exact point. Needed for the camp to appear on the map. |
| Description | What is offered, for whom, opening hours, who runs it. |
| Photo or Voice note (optional) | Anything that helps a reviewer confirm it. |
Click Add record.
A listing is hidden automatically when its Available for period ends, so old offers do not linger on the map and send people to a camp that has closed. Choose No expiry only for a permanent place. A reviewer can also take a listing off the map early with Expire now once a camp closes.
Each relief camp of yours that a reviewer approves counts towards a badge: bronze at 3 approved camps, then silver at 6, gold at 9 and platinum at 12. See Earn a relief camp badge.
People in trouble will travel to what you list. List a place only if you know it is open and offering help. Do not list a private house, or a place that only might open.
