For: Public users
My reports shows every report and relief listing you sent, and what has happened to it since.
Each entry shows when it was Submitted, its status, and what the status means.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Waiting to send | Saved on your phone. It will be sent automatically when you are back online. |
| Sent for review | Received. A reviewer will check it before it appears on the map. |
| In review | A reviewer has opened your report and is looking at it. |
| Approved | Approved by a reviewer. It is now on the map for everyone. |
| Not accepted | A reviewer could not accept this report. |
| No longer in the queue | It is no longer on the map or in the review queue, and no reason was recorded. |
The Reviewer’s note shows under the report, if the reviewer left one. If there is no note, the app says so. If the hazard is still there, report it again with as much detail as you can.
