Report a hazard or list a relief camp with no connection. The app keeps it, with its photo and voice memo, and sends it when you are back online.
For: Public users
In a disaster the network is often the first thing to go. You can still fill in a report: the app keeps it on your phone and sends it by itself when there is a connection again.
Use my current location still finds your coordinates without a connection, but it cannot look up the place name. Type the Location name yourself.
You must be signed in to report, and signing in needs a connection. Sign in while you have signal; you stay signed in afterwards.
The app sends waiting reports as soon as the phone is back online, or the next time you open the app with a connection. They go one at a time, in the order you made them. Once a report is sent, My reports says Sent for review.
Reports that have not been sent yet stay saved on your phone, even if the app is closed or the phone restarts. They are sent the next time you open the app with a connection.
In rare cases, a report that was being sent at the very moment the app closed can arrive twice. If you see the same report twice in My reports, there is no need to do anything: a reviewer can link the two.
