Use the Data tab

Staff accounts get a Data tab in the app: every record by province, city and place, with each record's details, PDF and share.

For: Validators, Partners, Institutional users, Administrators

Staff accounts have a fourth tab, Data, for going through the records rather than the map. Public accounts do not see it.

Go through the records

1. Tap the Data tab. The top of the screen, Hazard & relief data for Pakistan, counts the user records, official points and forecast areas.
2. Tap a province to see its cities, then a city to see its places, then a place to see its records.
3. Tap a record to open it.

A record without valid coordinates is marked off-map: it is in the data, but not on the map.

A record's details

A record shows its Location, Coordinates, when it was Reported, its Description, whether it is On map, its Record ID, and its Source line: who uploaded it and who approved it. Relief listings also show Available until.

Share · Download PDF makes a PDF of the record, in English, and opens your phone's share menu, where you can save it or send it.

Tips

• The tab shows approved records only, like the map. Pending reports are reviewed on the website: see Review submitted reports.
• With no signal, the tab shows the last data it saved, with a banner saying so.
• The website's Data page does more: a full table, each report's review stage, and deleting or expiring records. See Use the Data page.
